Our early involvement in the planning stage is key to making your day carefree! Each of our clients begin their investment with a complimentary consultation and the following Planning Stage Services (at minimum) leading up to the event:

  • Kick off planning meeting

  • Unlimited email correspondence and vendor detail guidance

  • Contract reviews

  • Two month prior to event planning meeting

  • On site visit meeting

  • Our signature custom floor plan and decor list

  • Event Day Timeline for you and for coordinating with your vendors


After we’ve completed the planning stage and your event is finally here, you need a professional to implement your plan and vision, and we're there for you.  Our Event Management Services include ample staff, site set up, vendor coordination, guest management, event management and clean up.

The 2019 Social Event Planning & Management Package pricing are completely custom to the event.  They typically start at $450.00.
