 When you are recently engaged and just beginning to plan, you need a planner to step in and coordinate those details, and we're there for you. We plan and coordinate weddings in and around the North Carolina Triangle, including the cities of Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Apex, Cary, and Morrisville.

First, we plan

Our early involvement in the planning stage is key to making your day carefree! Each of our couples begin their investment with a complimentary consultation and the following Planning Stage Services (at minimum) leading up to the big day:

  • Kick off planning meeting

  • Unlimited email correspondence and vendor detail guidance

  • Contract reviews

  • Two month prior to event planning meeting

  • On site visit meeting

  • Our signature custom floor plan and decor list

  • Event Day Timeline for your bridal party and coordinating with your vendors

Month-Of and Day-Of Coordination by The Details

next, we manage the day

After we’ve completed the planning stage and your ‘I Dos’ are finally here, you need a professional to implement your plan and vision for your big day, and we're there for you.  Our Event Management Services includes:

  • Ceremony Management (incl. rehearsal, site set up, ceremony management, site tear down)

  • Reception Management (incl. site set up, reception management, site tear down)

 

The 2019 Event Planning & Management Package starts at $1600.  This cost includes at least two staff in attendance for the duration of the event.

The 2019 Social Event Planning & Management Package pricing are completely custom to the event.  They typically start at $450.00.
